All Over for 2005.

The weather put pay to cricket on Saturday, bringing a wet curtain down on a very positive start to the 2005/06 season.

On the field, all three teams have gone well and all are handily placed for post Xmas play. Off the field, player strength is good, the club is in good shape financially, and there are good times ahead. Early in the new year, all players will have the opportunity to get their hands on a brand new Hamilton Star University tracksuit. Ask your captain!

The season starts again on the 7th of January for the Premier and Division I sides, with what is now a 50-over match. Prems vs Melville, Div I vs Te Rapa.

The Division II side has an extra week to wait before lining up against Eastern Suburbs White at Jansen 3.

The club wishes all players (past and present) and their families a merry Xmas and a great new year.
